The SynchroniCity project was an ambitious initiative to deliver a unique digital market to IoT enabled urban services in Europe and beyond. By piloting services at scale in reference zones across eight European cities, involving also other cities globally, the SynchroniCity project addressed how to incentivize and build trust for companies and citizens to actively participate. The goal was to deliver common, co-creat IoT enabled environment of evidence-based solutions that can easily be used in other regions.
